122nd Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Puerto Rico Chess Federation) – Report

The 122nd Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Puerto Rico Chess Federation) was held from 25th to 27th November 2022. It was organized by the Puerto Rico Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA Sorokina, Anastasia (AUS), FIDE Lecturer and Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Munoz Solis, Carolina (CRC). Technical Organiser was IA Bond, Hal (CAN), FIDE Lecturer.

The Language of the Seminar was English.

Twenty two (22) arbiters from fourteen (14) federations (ANT, ARU, BAH, BER, DMA, DOM, GUY, ISV, LAT, LCA, SKN, SUR, VIN, and TTO) participated in the Seminar, and fifteen (15) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
