Jiřina is in charge of Titles and a member of the Education team in the Commission. She is also a member of the ECU Arbiters Council.
In 2013 she was the first woman to gain a FIDE Arbiter title in the Czech Republic and today she is the youngest International Arbiter category A in the world.
She has plenty of experience with all kinds of national and international tournaments, including European and World events, as well as the last two Olympiads. She is actively involved in educating arbiters and in 2019 became the youngest FIDE lecturer.
She has a Master’s degree in Applied Physics, speaks English and some Russian.
