Tony Rich is the Executive Director of the Saint Louis Chess Club. He is a member of the FIDE Arbiters Commission and serves as a delegate to US Chess from the state of Missouri.
Tony became a FIDE International Organizer in 2010, International Arbiter in 2013 and a US Chess National Tournament Director in 2019.
He has organized or served as arbiter for such events as the U.S. Championships, Sinquefield Cup, GCT “Your Next Move” Leuven, and a number of “Champions Showdown” matches with an array of international players. Tony is a driving force in the creation and organization of the Grand Chess Tour.
