FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Stavanger (NOR) – Report

From 29th to 30th May 2025, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Stavanger, by the Norway Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA Anastasia, Sorokina (AUS), FIDE Lecturer, and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Ana Srebrnic (SLO), Lacturer Training Programe.

The language of the Seminar was English.

Four (4) arbiters from Norway and Denmark participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
