FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Madgaon, Goa (India) – Report
From 19th to 21st September 2025, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Madgaon, Goa, by the All India Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Bansod Swapnil (IND), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer was IA IA Srivatsan R (IND).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty (20) arbiters from 7 (seven) Indian States participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
