200th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (HON) – Report
The 200th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (HON) was held from 17th to 19th October 2025. It was organized by the Honduran Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Lopez-Chavez Marino, Barbara (CUB), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer was be IA Garay Munoz, Mario Gerardo (HON).
The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Twenty two (22) arbiters from nine (9) national federations (ARG, BRA, COL, ESA, ESP, MEX, PER, PUR, and HON) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
