FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Sydney – Jan 2026 (AUS) – Report
From 7th to 12th January 2026, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Sydney, by the NSW Chess Association (NSWCA) and Australian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Tsai, Peter (AUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Seven (7) participants from Australia participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
