238th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (KEN) – Report
The 238th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (KEN) was held from 16th to 18th October 2026. It was organized by the Chess Kenya Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Pahlevanzadeh, Mehrdad (IRI), FIDE Lecturer.
The Language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty-one (21) arbiters from eleven (11) national chess federations (AUS, AUT, BEL, CAN, KEN, LAT, NAM, NZL, POR, SVK, TUR, and UGA) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
