FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Windhoek, NAMIBIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 12 to 14 September 2014 in Windhoek, Namibia, by the Namibia Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be Thuringerhof Hotel, in Windhoek.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
