FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Quezon City, PHILIPPINES
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 17 to 21 December 2014 in Quezon City, Philippines, by the National Chess Federation of Philippines (NCFP) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Gene Poliarco (PHI).
The language of the Seminar will be English, with translation to Philippino.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
