Internet Refreshing Courses for Arbiters in Spanish language
FIDE and FIDE Arbiters’ Commission are going to organize on Internet a Refreshing Course for Arbiters in Spanish language.
The following subjects will be discussed:
(a) The changes of the Laws of Chess that have been in effect since 1 July 2014.
(b) The changes of FIDE Titles, Ratings Regulations and Swiss System regulations that have been in effect since 1 July 2014.
(c) The Anti cheating regulations that will be in effect soon.
The course will be held in the period 26-28 November 2014, 18.00 – 21.00 hours, Madrid time, every day.
The lecturer will be IA Jesus Mena (ESP), FIDE Lecturer and Technical Organizer will be IA Michail Prevenios (GRE).
The participation will be free for all International and FIDE Arbiters.
