FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Eastern Region, SAUDI ARABIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 16 to 19 April 2015 in Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, by the Saudi Chess Association and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturers will be IA Shaker Alafoo (BAN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be FA Khalaf Al Azmi (KUW) and FA Yaser Motlaq Al Otaibi (KSA)
The language of the Seminar will be English, with translation into Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
