FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Saint Petersburg, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 3 to 8 August 2015 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the St. Petersburg Chess Club “Peters Rook” (Peterhof, Saint-Petersburg prospect, 4а, office 315).
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
