FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Singapore
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 25 to 31 December 2010 in Singapore, by the Singapore Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Stansfield Residence.
The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE General Secretary, and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Osric Mooi (SIN).
