FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Dubai, UAE
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 30 October to 3 November 2015 in Dubai, UAE, by the UAE Chess Federation, in cooperation with the UAE Leaders Qualification Center and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturers will be IA Dr. Hesham El Gendy (EGY), FIDE Lecturer and IA Sultan Al Taher (UAE), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
