FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Dili, TIMOR_LESTE
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15 to 17 December 2015 in Dili, Timor-Leste, by the Asian Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Timor-Leste Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bong Bunawan (INA), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
