46th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR

The Chess IQ Academy is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, in 6, 7 and 13 February 2016, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer and Technical Organizer will be IA Sevan Muradian (USA), FIDE Lecturer. Assistant Lecturer will be IA Kenneth Ballou (USA).

The lectures will be in English language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
