FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Lima, PERU
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 25 to 28 February 2016, in Lima, Peru, by the Peruvian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Jorge Vega Fernandez (GUA), President of Americas Chess Confederation and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Jose Martinez Garcia (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures will be in Spanish language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
