FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Mekkah, SAUDI ARABIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 4 to 7 May 2016 in Mekkah, Saudi Arabia, by the Saudi Arabia Chess Association, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and Hijaz Chess Club and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be FA Yaser Motlaq Al Otaibi (KSA).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Reef Hotel in Mekkah.
The language of the Seminar will be English and Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
