FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Zaragoza, SPAIN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 25 September 2016 in Zaragoza, Spain, by the Palacio de Pioneros Chess Club, in cooperation with the Spanish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Stephen Boyd (FRA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Jesus Garcia Valer (ESP).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Palacio de Pioneros, C/ Mariano Carderera 28, in Zaragoza.
The language of the Seminar will be English and Spanish.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
