FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Saint Petersburg, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 18 to 22 August 2016 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, by the St. Petersburg Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Park Hotel, Severnaya Doroga 12, Krestovsky Island, in St. Petersburg.
The Lecturer will be IA Artiom Akhmetov (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Viatcheslav Ivanov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
