FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Kampala, UGANDA
From 18 to 23 July 2016 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Kampala, Uganda, by the Uganda Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Africa Chess Confederation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Omar Salama (ISL), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Stephen Kisuze (UGA).
The lectures were in English language.
Twenty three (23) people from Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm or the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
