FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Tangier, MOROCCO
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 9 December 2016 in Tangier, Morocco, by the Moroccan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Akkour Abdelfattah (MOR).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel Al Mohads in Tangier.
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic, English and French.
The Seminar will give FA norms and titles according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
