FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Batumi, GEORGIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 22 to 26 October 2016 in Batumi, Georgia, by the Georgian Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The Seminar will be organized parallel to the 2016 World Youth Chess Championships Under 08, 10 and 12.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Inturist Hotel (5*), in Batumi, Georgia.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), Chairman of the FIDE Rules Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian and English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
