FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Moscow, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 14 to 17 February 2011 (during the “AEROFLOT” International Open Tournament) in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Eduard Dubov (RUS) and the Assistant Lecturer IA Igor Vereschagin (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
