FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Dubai, UAE
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 25 to 29 March 2017 in Dubai, UAE, by the UAE Chess Federation, in cooperation with the UAE Leaders Qualification Center and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturers will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim, FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mohamed Abdulla (SOM).
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
