FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Cabuyao City, PHILIPPINES
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 3 June 2018 in Cabuyao City, Philippines, by the National Chess Federation of Philippines (NCFP), in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Rizmy Hotel in Cabuyao City.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Patrick Lee (PHI)
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation to Philippino.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
