FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Davao City, PHILIPPINES
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 20 to 24 June 2018 in Davao City, Philippines, by the National Chess Federation of Philippines (NCFP), in cooperation with the ASEAN Chess Confederation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Royal Mandaya Hotel in Davao City.
The Lecturer will be IA Ignatius Leong (SIN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA James Infiesto (PHI) and IA Bunawan Bong (INA).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
