FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Ankara, TURKEY
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 9 to 12 August 2018 in Ankara, Turkey, by the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Fahri Karabay (TUR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Ahmet Uctu (TUR) and IA Ismail Caliskan (TUR).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The venue of the Seminar will be the IM Nevzat Suer Seminar Hall in Ankara.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
