FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Hyderabad, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 8 to10 September 2018 in Hyderabad, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Prof. Rathinam Anantharam (IND), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA R. Srivatsan (IND).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Telangana State Chess Association Flat F & G SAPHIRE COMPLEX, Fatehmaidan, Hyderabad-500001
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
