FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Montevideo, URUGUAY
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 16 to 19 August 2018 in Montevideo, Uruguay, by the Uruguayan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Club Banco Republica, in Montevideo.
The Lecturer will be IA Blas Pingas (ARG), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sabrina de San Vicente (URU).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms for FIDE Arbiter title, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
