FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Orlando, USA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized on 30, 31 July and 1 August 2011 in Orlando, Florida, USA, by the US Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
