FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Baku (Azerbaijan)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23/06/2019 to 27/06/2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan, by the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar will be in the Office building of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation in Baku.

The Lecturer will be IA Faig Gasanov (AZE), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Vadim Tsypin (CAN).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian with translation into Azeri.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
