In the period from February until end of May 2011 thirteen (13) FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINARS were organized in the following places, under the auspices of FIDE:

The list of the FA norms and titles for approval by the PB are attached.
B. COMMUNICATION WITH FEDERATIONS
Many e-mails have been exchanged with Elista Office and National Federations clarifying the decisions of the 1st Quarter 2011 FIDE Presidential Board in Antalya, regarding the titles of FA and IA, and giving information regarding the organization of FIDE Arbiters’ Seminars.
C. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FA AND IA TITLE APPLICATIONS
In the attached file there is the recommendation of the Arbiters’ Commission for the FA and IA title applications, that have been submitted for approval by the FIDE PB in Al Ain, UAE.
