FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Guelph Ontario (Canada)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/09/2019 to 29/09/2019 in Guelph Ontario, Canada, by the Canadia Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be the Guelph University Centre in Guelph Ontario.
The Lecturer will be IA Bond, Hal (CAN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Marghetis, Aris (CAN).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
Note: Participation fee for a limited number of female participants will be covered by WOM from OIC funding.
