FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Izmir (Turkey)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 22/08/2019 to 25/08/2019 in Izmir, Turkey, by the Turkish Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be Konack Teacher House, Izmir.
The Lecturer will be IA Karabay, Fahri (TUR), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Uctu, Ahmet (TUR) and IA Caliskan, Ismail (TUR).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
