FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Santiago, CHILE
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 28 to 31 of August 2011 in Santiago, Chile, by the Chess Federation of Chile and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Chess Club of Chile, in Santiago.
The Lecturer of the Seminar will be IA Antonio Bento (BRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
