FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Trieste, Italy (September 2019) – Report
From 1st to 5th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Trieste (Italy) by the European Chess Union in cooperation with the Italian Chess Federation and Italian Arbiters` Commission, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was Ippodromo di Montebello, Piazza da Gasperi 4 in Trieste.
The Lecturer was IA Franca Dapiran (ITA), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Marco Biagioli (ITA).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Fifteen (15) arbiters from eight (8) federations – CRO, GER, MKD, ROU, RUS, SLO, SRB and ITA participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded titles and norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
