69th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR
The 69th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 30/11/2019 to 01/12/2019 and from 07/12/2019 to 08/12/2019 by the Chess Federation of Canada, under the auspices of FIDE.The Lecturer will be IA/IO Hal Bond (CAN), FIDE Lecturer, the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Shohreh Bayat (IRI) and the Technical Organizer will be IA/IO Patrick McDonald (CAN).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
