PUERTO RICO 5th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar
From 18 to 24 July 2011 the fifth Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Confederation of Chess for America in cooperation with the Chess Federation of Puerto Rico and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX).
The Lectures were in Spanish language.
Nine (9) Arbiters from Puerto Rico attended the seminar on Internet.
The following two (2) succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
