FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Lome (Togo) – January 2020
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/01/2020 to 30/01/2020 in Lome, Togo, by the Togo Chess Federation, under theauspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Agla Hotel, Lome.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Messaoudi, Bechir (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Fumey, Enyonam Sewa (TOG).
The language of the Seminar will be French with translation into English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
