PANAMA 7th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar
From 15 to 21 August 2011 the seventh Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Confederation of Chess for America in cooperation with the Chess Federation of Panama and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX).
The Lectures were in Spanish language.
Seven (6) Arbiters from Panama attended the seminar on Internet.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
