FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Lusaka, ZAMBIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 12 to 17 December 2011 in Lusaka, Zambia, by the Chess Federation of Zambia and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be Lusaka Hotel, in Lusaka.
The Lecturer will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
