FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sochi, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 19 to 22 April 2012 in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Viatcheslav Ivanov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
