FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Luanda, ANGOLA

From 21 to 26 April 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Luanda, Angola, by the Angola Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Carlos Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.

The lectures were in Portuguese language.

Ten (10) Arbiters from Angola, Sao Tome and Principe and Portugal participated in the Seminar and six (6) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title or the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
