FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Antananarivo, MADAGASCAR
From16 to 20 May 2012 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Antananarivo, Madagascar, by the Madagascar Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Stephen Boyd (FRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures were in French language.
9 people from Madagascar participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded the title of the FIDE Arbiter, according to the article 3.10 of the regulations for the titles of Arbiters and after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
