FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Vladivostok, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 17 to 21 September 2012 in Vladivostok, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the “Equator” Hotel in Vladivostok.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mihail Krjukov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
