FIDE Arbiters’ Commission’s 23rd INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in English language)

The FIDE Arbiters’ Commission is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 8 to 14 April 2013, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE).

The lectures will be in English language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
