FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Belokan, AZERBAIJAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 20 to 23 July 2013 in Belokan, Azerbaijan, by the Azerbaijan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Faik Gasanov (AZE), FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be Belokan Olympic Complex, in Belokan.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian (with translation into Azerbaijan).
