FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sochi, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 17 to 22 April 2014 in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Andrey Beletsky (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
